Calling Card & 800# Information


With HTC's Prepaid Calling Cards you can make long-distance calls anytime, anyplace, without a penny in your pocket. You no longer have to stand the pay phone with a handful of quarters in order to make a long distance call. And you don't need a major credit card either.

All you need is an HTC "intouch" prepaid calling card.

There are two (2) types of cards available:

• $5.00 plus tax for approximately 20 minutes of Domestic Use
• $15.00 plus tax for approximately 60 minutes of Domestic Use

HTC has instituted a prepaid promotional card that can be purchased by any company to use for promotional purposes. Hand them out to your customers customized with your company logo (supplied to us in .jpg format). These 10 minute prepaid phone cards can be recharged by the user at any time with either cash or a credit card. You can purchase these custom prepaid cards in multiple quantities of 10 at the following rates:

Introductory Offer! Cost of Personalized Refillable Card + 10 minutes of calling time -- $2.00
For an additional cost, the cards can be prepared with any number of minutes. Minimum 10 card order. Sales Tax does apply. $.12 per minute refillable rate.

There is a 30 cent surcharge to use your pre-paid calling card from a pay phone. FCC rules order that all long distance providers compensate pay telephone owners when customers make calls using pay telephones without depositing coins. 800# Service: -- 800# Service enables others to call you TOLL FREE on your regular telephone line. FOR FAMILIES - 800 Service is a great way for family members who live away from home, such as college students and those in the military, to keep in touch.

FOR BUSINESSES - 800# Service makes it easy for clients or customers to reach you at your place of business, no matter where they happen to live.

• $5.00 per month, 9¢ per minute of use
• Billing appears on regular HTC Phone Bill

The HTC Calling Card offers an array of enhanced services:

-    Easy 888 number access lets you use your calling card from any phone, any time, anywhere in the U.S.

-    The 888 access number protects you against unexpected bills from an unknown company for expensive calling cards.

-    Your calling card calls will appear on your monthly long distance bill along with the long distance calls you make from your home or office.

-    888 number access means enhanced calling features such as Voice Mail, Message Deliver, Speed dialing, Toll Guard, Directory Assistance and Operator Transfer.  (Rates for enhanced services appear below).

-    Your calling card number is easy to remember.   It's the same as your area code and phone number, plus your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).

-    You can use your calling card to make international calls to any location that can be direct-dialed from the U.S.   International calling is restricted unless you direct us to remove the international call block.

-    Multiple calls can be made without hanging up and redialing the 888 access number.  (See instructions on the back of the calling card.)

-    Operator Transfer allows customer to transfer to the HTC Customer Service and after hours to ICTC Repair Center

-    Directory Assistance provides the cardholder with operator assistance to national directory assistance look-up and call completion.   The look-up surcharge is $0.85 per call and the call completion surcharge is $0.50 per call.
