replacement program.

HANDSET REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

HTC Technologies provides repair or replacement coverage
for your wireless telephone in the event of damage that is
beyond repair. Additionally, your wireless telephone will
also be covered by an extended warranty for manufacturer
defects for as long as you remain in service with HTC
Technologies. Limit to two claims per 12 month period with
only a $25.00 deductible.

IN THE EVENT OF THEFT

• Immediately contact a law enforcement official and request
a copy of the case number and police report.
• Call HTC Technologies customer service to report the theft
within 30 days of the documented theft.
• Provide the model of the wireless phone and details of the
incident.
• Upon receipt of the police report, HTC will provide a
replacement phone of like kind.
• No cash reimbursements will be paid.
