All plans require a 12 month service agreement. Overage will be .45 cents per minute. Roaming rate is .59 cents per minute in most places and roaming Toll Rate is .25 cents per minute. All rate plans include free long distance on the HTC Technologies networks. Taxes are not included. Activation fee of $30.00. All plans include domestic toll originating and terminating in the United States , including Alaska and Hawaii. Voice Mail, Caller ID, Call Waiting and Three Way Calling are free services upon request. Call Forwarding is billed at .12 cents per minute.
