How do I answer the call waiting?
When you hear the Call Waiting tone, press "Talk" or "OK" button to pick up the call. Press the "Talk" or "OK" button again to return to your first call.

How do I read call waiting on my invoice?

  • The call waiting feature is included at no charge in all price plans.
  • Call waiting calls appear as a unique line on the invoice with a call waiting icon (CW appearing in the Rate/Type column).
  • Call waiting calls are charged normal air time.

Can I disable call waiting?
Yes. Before you make an outgoing call:

  • Press the * (star Key), then 70
  • Dial the number
  • Press "Talk" or "OK"
  • Call waiting will be reactivated immediately after you complete your call
